Germany: In order to make the return as easy as possible for you, you can have your return label created in the returns portal. Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, it is no longer possible to provide a free return label. Because of this, we have to charge a small part of the cost when using our returns label. This amounts to €2.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

We made a conscious decision not to raise our prices in general, but rather to reward our customers who shop more consciously. Returns cause 238,000 tons of CO2 every day and have an extreme impact on our environment. We see our decision as a step in the right direction, which should encourage more conscious buying and a more climate-friendly life. ☻

On this return label there is a QR code that you can have DHL scan, the label will then be printed out directly in the branch. Or you can print out the label yourself at home and stick it on your package.

In addition, there is a delivery/return slip in your package. Please tick the item you would like to exchange or return completely. After your return arrives at our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 working days or the new item will be sent to you.

Due to the currently high volume of orders, the refund can take up to 14 working days in individual cases.

Shoe boxes may not be used as shipping packaging. In the event of a return, please pack shoe boxes in additional shipping packaging. If the return label is stuck directly onto the shoe box, we have to dispose of the shoe box and repack it, which is a laborious process. For this effort and the resulting costs we charge 5€.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods is due.

If you want to return several orders, you can pack them all in one package and stick a single return label on them, because the return label is valid for packages up to 31kg. Please fill out all the delivery/return slips for the orders you want to return and enclose them in the package.

When we have received your return, we will check it and refund you immediately. We usually need three to five working days for this.

You are welcome to exchange one or more items. To do this, simply indicate on the returns form which size/color you would like to exchange the item for, or you simply order a new one and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Rest of the world:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide a return label for international customers. In this case, the return must be made on your own costs will be returned.
