Since our goods are properly checked before dispatch, this should not actually be the case. If this is the case, please send us an email to: kontakt@ladypolitan.de IMMEDIATELY after receiving the goods: kontakt@ladypolitan.de with the subject RECLAMATION, your order number and a few photos of the defect and we will get back to you immediately.

Of course, you can exchange your order within two weeks of receiving it. Simply print out our return form. Simply mark on the return slip whether you need a different size or color of the same product.
Now pack the return form + delivery note with the items you want to return in a package and send it back to us. For customers within Germany, a return label is included in the package.

After receiving your return, you will receive a cancellation confirmation for the item via e-mail after approx. 3-5 working days. Your money will also be refunded to you via the original payment method during this period.
